Hi lovely people! As spring is supposedly in the air (unless you live in northern Europe and are suffering from a second wind of fall like we are over here) its time for iced-anything. Iced-tea, Iced-juice (popsicles) but more importantly iced-coffee! So today I’m sharing one of my easiest iced-coffee recipes..
> A full tray of ice-cubes
> Strong coffee
> Sweetened condensed milk
> Cardamom powder
So while you’re brewing your coffee (make sure its extra strong, I’d say between the strength of regular cup and an espresso, because the ice cubes will water it down a bit!) prep your cup/glass/jar with a little layer of delicious thick sweetened condensed milk.
I don’t know about you, but so far it feels like my twenties have all been about saving money for next adventures. Coffee is one of those things you can spend quite some cash on without noticing and making this at home will save you quite some money if you’re a coffee-fanatic like me. So now here’s what I would do, prepare some the night before work/school, put it in the fridge and take it with me in a thermos.
If you’re looking for a healthier version try to replace the condensed milk with normal milk and some honey for sweetness.
Try it out and let me know how you like it!
