Postcards From | Paris pt. 4

So its been a bit quite over here because of some technical issues with uploading pictures but luckily thats all fixed now so we can get back into the flow of things! The cold winter has finally started to hit us which makes it extra strange to look back on those pictures from Paris in the late summer. I hope you’re not sick of them yet because I’ve got plenty more pictures to share..

Ever so beautiful Parisian buildings with their romantic balconies!

First things first, some breakfast.. oh my goodness its difficult not to eat all the bread and pastries, so we decided to not even try and just dive in. I highly recommend you’d do the same ;).

After breakfast we made our way to the Sacre Coeur which I’d never seen on my previous Paris trips. The weather was wonderful and as we walked up the stairs we started seeing the greatest view of Paris, with all its rooftops and high lights.

The area around the Sacre Coeur is really beautiful and one of our favorites to wander around in. One of Emily’s favorite movie is Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain, and so on her bucket list for this trip was a visit to Les Deux Moulins, the café in which the main character of the movie worked.

All the walking in the sun got us silly, and nothing sounded better than iced coffee [All the heart eyes emoticons]

We walked over to the Eiffel Tower, took in all her beauty and found a PAUL’s Bakery. Since the motto of the weekend was “eat every thing, we’re only here for two days”, we had more bread and pastries and took it down to the park and have ourselves a little picnic.

I have one more post coming up from this Paris trip and I guess that means a new trip to Paris should be planned soon, because this city just really stole my heart.

Ps. my skirt is from HERE! my shirt is an oldie from HERE! the sandals from HERE! & my hat we found in a little shop during the trip.
